Vanilla content on it's own (blood, hediffs, moodlets, etc) shouldn't be tagged NSFW. I had the same problem and chaged show hair mod to hats display selection mod. I do know though that the mods that alter pawn rendering (I think its called like HD Pawn Rendering or something like that, not an HD texture though) has had problems with other mods that change pawn rendering.
